HostaformC 9021 SW 是一種非常堅(jiān)硬、剛性強(qiáng)、不含重金屬的 POM（聚甲醛）共聚物。它含有用于防止吱吱聲的減摩添加劑、潤(rùn)滑劑和脫模劑。表現(xiàn)出良好的耐化學(xué)性，如溶劑、燃料和強(qiáng)堿、耐水解、抗疲勞、抗蠕變、耐濕性和抗應(yīng)力開(kāi)裂性。與聚甲醛均聚物相比，具有高達(dá)-40°C的韌性，高達(dá)100°C的良好熱變形溫度，菲常好的滑爽和磨損性能，良好的回彈性，低吸濕性以及更高的熱降解和氧化降解穩(wěn)定性Hostaform C 9021 SW 也顯示出易于著色。它可以通過(guò)注塑成型和擠出成型進(jìn)行加工。適用于低磨損和低摩擦系數(shù)的滑動(dòng)組合。


HostaformC 9021 SW is a very hard and rigid, heavy-metal free POM (polyoxymethylene) copolymer grade. It contains anti-friction additives for prevention of squeaking noise, lubricants and release agent. Exhibits outstanding chemical like solvents, fuels & strong alkalis-, hydrolysis-, fatigue-, creep-, moisture- and stress cracking resistance. Provides toughness up to -40°C, good heat distortion temperature up to 100°C, very good slip & wear properties, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and higher stability to thermal and oxidative degradation compared to acetal homopolymers. Hostaform C 9021 SW also shows easy colorization. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Suitable for sliding combinations with low wear and low coefficient of friction.
