The course is aimed at illustrating the relevance and need for DigitalSignal Processing (DSP) techniques in present-day multimedia and
 communicationssystems, and giving an overview of some major DSP subdomains.
本課程在于闡述數(shù)字信號(hào)處理（DSP）技術(shù)與當(dāng)今多媒體和通信系統(tǒng)的關(guān)聯(lián)性及其需求性，以及概述DSP的主要子領(lǐng)域。

This course provides a brief review of signals and systems theory, andgives an introduction to a number of DSP topics such as filter design andrealization, multi-rate systems, filter banks, optimal and adaptive filters.The theory is illustrated by practical examples, in particular speech and audioapplications,
 as well as applications from digital communication.
首先課程將簡(jiǎn)要回顧信號(hào)和系統(tǒng)理論，然后將介紹DSP一系列的主題，如濾波器設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)、多速率系統(tǒng)、濾波器組、最優(yōu)濾波和自適應(yīng)濾波。
